Update for Thursday, January 29. The snow storm last weekend hit us pretty hard. We were closed Monday through Wednesday, and are just now getting back into the building. As a result, fulfillment has been delayed on both daily orders and pre-order fulfillment. A further complication is that the forecast is for additional snow in the next few days. We'll keep everyone advised of our status, but we appreciate your patience with the delays due to the snow and (lots of!) ice.
Since our last update, we've finished fulfillment of Fromage, Flamecrat Duals, Flamecraft: Dragons & Dragons Expansion, and Food Chain Magnate. So those are all being taken off the board. If you have not received an address confirmation request (or your order), please reach out to us at customerservice@thegamesteward.com.
In the past week, we also received Heroes of Might & Magic III. We also received several new titles of Final Girl: A Demon In The Shadows, A Rotten Harvest, Bad Times At Buddyland, Shriek, and several miniatures sets. They are now listed and in stock so they will ship right away!
At this time, the queue includes: Leviathan Wilds, Firefly 10th Anniversary, La Patisserie Rococo, Heroes of Might & Magic III, and Grimcoven.
STANDING DISCLAIMER RE: PRE-ORDER FULFILLMENT: We will not ship a pre-order more than 30 days old unless and until we receive an address confirmation request. Crowdfunded games are often limited edition collector's items, and we cannot risk the loss that occurs if a package is shipped to an address that is no longer valid for the customer. If you placed a pre-order with us, PLEASE check your e-mail for an address confirmation request, and reply at your earliest convenience. This will ensure that your pre-order is delivered in a timely manner. Note that all address confirmation requests go to the e-mail address on record for the order placed. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the correct inbox to ensure timely responses to address confirmation requests.
A note that several shipments have been delayed due to the inclement weather, so multiple titles are still in transit. As a result, very little has arrived since our last update. We hope to receive several shipments next week.
