Update for Thursday, September 11. It's been too long since our last update, and we apologize for that. A lot has happened, so we'll get right into it.
Summer Sale fulfillment finished several weeks ago. If for some reason you have not received an order placed during the Summer Sale that should have shipped right away, please reach out to us at customerservice@thegamesteward.com, and we'll figure out what's going on with your order.
Since our last update, we completed fulfillment of all the games that were in our queue: Stars of Akarios, Above and Below: Haunted, Zoo Tycoon, S.T.A.L.K.E.R., Shallow Sea, and How To Save A World. The only item still in flux is the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Monster Hunter Pack, which Awaken Realms missed in our first shipment, and should be arriving very soon. In addition, the following titles have arrived and since been fulfilled: Railroad Tiles: Deluxe Edition, Leviathan Wilds (resupply), DC Deck Building Game: Arkham Asylum, A Place for All My Books: Deluxe Edition, Nature, Molly House, Scarface 1920, Brink, and Wroth. As above, if you placed a pre-order, and haven't been contacted about fulfillment, please reach out to us so we can sort it out.
In addition to the above, we have received a couple other games that we are currently in the process of fulfilling: Kingdom Death Monster: Revamped Wave 1 and Nemesis: Retaliation. We have some missing and damaged product for each of those titles, but we should be able to fulfill the majority of orders.
STANDING DISCLAIMER RE: PRE-ORDER FULFILLMENT: We will not ship a pre-order more than 30 days old unless and until we receive an address confirmation request. Crowdfunded games are often limited edition collector's items, and we cannot risk the loss that occurs if a package is shipped to an address that is no longer valid for the customer. If you placed a pre-order with us, PLEASE check your e-mail for an address confirmation request, and reply at your earliest convenience. This will ensure that your pre-order is delivered in a timely manner. Note that all address confirmation requests go to the e-mail address on record for the order placed. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the correct inbox to ensure timely responses to address confirmation requests.
The list if upcoming arrivals has shifted around a LOT. We have several titles that have not yet arrived, and several others to add to the list. In addition, we have an unexpected surprise - several new and old favorite CMON titles will be arriving next week! Marvel United: X-Men, Metal Gear Solid: Integral Edition, Raise Your Goblets: Limited Edition, World of Smog: Rise of Moloch, Masters of the Universe: Clash for Eternia, Cyberpunk 2077: Gangs of Night City Expansions, Kick-Ass: Mother Russia Fully Loaded expansion, and more!
