Update for Tuesday, December 9. The weather has not been cooperative, so we've had to open late or close early on multiple days, which has slowed down our fulfillment. However, most of you in the US who placed an order during the Black Friday Sale should have received a tracking number by now as we have shipped over 90% of qualified orders. We have less than 10% of domestic orders left to ship. As in past years, the remaining orders are (generally) the more complicated orders that require more care to pack safely, so it will go a little more slowly at this point.
A reminder that we have switched over to our Winter Sale. Sale prices will continue, but Holiday Shipping is no longer available. We will do our best to ship all orders as timely as possible, but due to the overwhelming volume of orders already received, there will be a delay in delivery of orders placed during the Winter Sale.
Pre-order fulfillment has been paused while we push out the Black Friday Sale orders. We expect to resume pre-order fulfillment next week. Right now, the queue includes: Aspens, Tend: Super Deluxe Edition, and Unmatched Adventures: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

Crowdfunded games are often limited edition collector's items, and we cannot risk the loss that occurs if a package is shipped to an address that is no longer valid for the customer. If you placed a pre-order with us, PLEASE check your e-mail for an address confirmation request, and reply at your earliest convenience. This will ensure that your pre-order is delivered in a timely manner. Note that all address confirmation requests go to the e-mail address on record for the order placed. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the correct inbox to ensure timely responses to address confirmation requests.
