Update for Friday, May 9. We have resumed regular daily order fulfillment and pre-order fulfillment. We have finished up Witcher: Path of Destiny, Fractured Sky, and Molly House. We're taking those off the board. If you placed a pre-order and haven't received an address confirmation request, please reach out to us at customerservice@thegamesteward.com. We're also having to spend a lot more time on the intake process for Zombicide: White Death than usual. It arrived...in a mess. Boxes are packed haphazardly, and the contents inside them are completely random as well. It requires us to literally unpack every single box, count up the inventory of each component, and then re-pack the boxes in a more organized fashion. It's...tedious. So consider this notice that fulfillment of Zombicide White Death won't start for a little while longer until we can complete the intake completely.
We have some new arrivals: The Breach, Super Boss Monster, Mind MGMT Deluxe Edition (resupply), and Corps of Discovery. So the queue is now: Zombicide: White Death, Super Boss Monster, Mind MGMT, and Corps of Discovery. Based on the delays with White Death, we'll go ahead and get started on the other titles.
STANDING DISCLAIMER RE: PRE-ORDER FULFILLMENT: We will not ship a pre-order more than 30 days old unless and until we receive an address confirmation request. Crowdfunded games are often limited edition collector's items, and we cannot risk the loss that occurs if a package is shipped to an address that is no longer valid for the customer. If you placed a pre-order with us, PLEASE check your e-mail for an address confirmation request, and reply at your earliest convenience. This will ensure that your pre-order is delivered in a timely manner. Note that all address confirmation requests go to the e-mail address on record for the order placed. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the correct inbox to ensure timely responses to address confirmation requests.
Not much in new updates re: tariffs and upcoming arrivals. Most publishers who have product that is still in development, or is still physically located in China, have decided to hold off on shipping game to the US for the next few months, in the hope that the Trump administration will reduce tariffs. However, current events continue to crate chaos for small businesses, so each publisher is handling the situation in their own way.
We have confirmation that, Stars of Akarios, Calimala, Stupor Mundi, and The Dark Quarter are in the US, and are actively in fulfillment, if not already in transit to our warehouse. We do not expect any unusual delays with these (although mundane delays in the pace of fulfillment occur all the time.).
We have anupdate re: Merchants Cove! As a reminded, Final Frontier Games announced that they are ceasing operations. Their fulfillment partner, QML, has physical possession of the games in the US, but was not paid to deliver the games. Accordingly, QML is sending invoice for the cost of fulfillment to backers so they still have the chance to receive their orders if they pay the extra cost (so effectively, backers will need to pay for shipping twice to receive their order). We received our invoice yesterday, and while the cost is higher than we'd like, we will absorb the extra shipping cost so we can receive our shipment, and then fulfill all pre-orders to our customers as usual. We appreciate everyone's patience while the process played out.
Beyond the titles listed below, we don't have any firm information on other titles. We will provide additonal updates as we learn about other delays of other titles as we find out about them.
