Update for Tuesday, May 6. Sale order fulfillment is a wrap! We have less than 10 orders that require special treatment, but otherwise, we have finally pushed all orders out the door! Thank you to everyone who has been waiting for your patience. In the past, it has sometimes taken us two month to get sale orders out the door, so this is a bit of an improvement. We'll also note that we sold more bundles than ever, which are more complicated to pack than a single item. We still have plans to further improve our fulfillment rate, though.
Along with sale orders, we finished up fulfillment of Keep the Heroes Out, Santorini, Galactic Cruise, and Deep Regrets. We're taking those off the board. If you placed a pre-order and haven't received an address confirmation request, please reach out to us at customerservice@thegamesteward.com.

STANDING DISCLAIMER RE: PRE-ORDER FULFILLMENT: We will not ship a pre-order more than 30 days old unless and until we receive an address confirmation request. Crowdfunded games are often limited edition collector's items, and we cannot risk the loss that occurs if a package is shipped to an address that is no longer valid for the customer. If you placed a pre-order with us, PLEASE check your e-mail for an address confirmation request, and reply at your earliest convenience. This will ensure that your pre-order is delivered in a timely manner. Note that all address confirmation requests go to the e-mail address on record for the order placed. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the correct inbox to ensure timely responses to address confirmation requests.
Not much in new updates re: tariffs and upcoming arrivals. Most publishers who have product that is still in development, or is still physically located in China, have decided to hold off on shipping game to the US for the next few months, in the hope that the Trump administration will reduce tariffs. However, current events continue to crate chaos for small businesses, so each publisher is handling the situation in their own way.
We have confirmation that, Super Boss Monster, Deep Rock Galactic, Stars of Akarios, Corps of Discovery, Calimala, Stupor Mundi, The Dark Quarter, and The Breach are in the US, and are actively in fulfillment, if not already in transit to our warehouse. We do not expect any unusual delays with these (although mundane delays in the pace of fulfillment occur all the time.).
No further update re: Merchants Cove since last week. For those wondering, Merchants Cove currently on hold. The fulfillment partner, QML, has physical possession of the games, but has not been paid to deliver the games. Accordingly, they are giving backers the chance to receive their orders if they pay the cost of fulfillment for their order (so effectively, backers will need to pay for shipping twice to receive their order). We don't yet know what the cost will be, so we don't know how this will play out yet. If it becomes cost prohibitive, we may have to forego receipt of Merchants Cove. If the cost is reasonable, we will absorb the extra shipping cost. If it is somewhere in between, we will reach out to customers to discuss options. The only thing we can say for certain is that customers who pre-ordered Merchants Cove from The Game Steward will always retain the option to cancel their order for a full refund. That is our guarantee to you.
Beyond the titles listed below, we don't have any firm information on other titles. We will provide additonal updates as we learn about other delays of other titles as we find out about them.
