Update for Friday, April 25. It's been a while since our last update, so let's get right to it. We still have about 250 orders from the Spring Sale to fulfill. These are orders that are either more complicated (5+ items to pack) or have special circumstances that require separate treatment. Our goal is to be done by the end of next week.
In the meantime, we've also finished up fulfillment of
Street Masters: Champion Edition. We're taking that off the board. If you placed a pre-order and haven't received an address confirmation request, please reach out to us at customerservice@thegamesteward.com.
Since our last update, we've received Deep Regrets, Vicious Gardens, Apex Legends, and Fractured Sky, so those are all going in the queue. The queue is now: Keep the Heroes Out, Witcher: Path of Destiny, Santorini: Deluxe Edition,
Galactic Cruise, Deep Regrets, Vicious Gardens, Apex Legends, and Fractured Sky.
STANDING DISCLAIMER RE: PRE-ORDER FULFILLMENT: We will not ship a pre-order more than 30 days old unless and until we receive an address confirmation request. Crowdfunded games are often limited edition collector's items, and we cannot risk the loss that occurs if a package is shipped to an address that is no longer valid for the customer. If you placed a pre-order with us, PLEASE check your e-mail for an address confirmation request, and reply at your earliest convenience. This will ensure that your pre-order is delivered in a timely manner. Note that all address confirmation requests go to the e-mail address on record for the order placed. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the correct inbox to ensure timely responses to address confirmation requests.
Several projects have been pushed back. In addition, we know that many of you have questions about the impact that Tariffs is having on delivery of upcoming crowfunded games. This is obviously a complicated question, with each game and each publisher handling the situation in their own way.
To our knowledge, Super Boss Monster, Deep Rock Galactic, Stars of Akarios, Corps of Discovery, Calimala, Molly House, Zombicide: White Death, Stupor Mundi, The Dark Quarter, and The Breach are in the US, and are actively in fulfillment. We do not expect any unusual delays with these (although mundane delays in the pace of fulfillment occur all the time.).
Of the most immediate consequence, Merchants Cove is now on hold. As many of you may have heard, Final Frontier Games has declared that they are ceasing operations. However, we know that the games are at the QML fulfillment center in Florida. We are reaching out to FFG and QML to find out if there is any way that we can still receive the games that we paid for. For now, the ETA is suspended, but we'll provide an update as soon as anything changes on this one.
Beyond the titles listed below, we don't have any firm information on other titles. We will provide additonal updates as we learn about other delays of other titles as we find out about them.
