Update for Monday, September 22. Fulfillment of pre-orders is our top priority this week. We have pretty much finished with fulfillment of Kingdom Death Monster: Revamped Wave 1. If you pre-ordered items that were part of this wave, and did not receive an address confirmation request, please contact us at customerservice@thegamesteward.com, and we'll get you all sorted out. We are still working our way through Nemesis: Retaliation. We've also received Luthier: Deluxe Edition, so that will go into the queue. Right now, the list is: Nemesis: Retaliation, Ra: Pharaoh Edition, and Luthier. It will take us a few days to get through Nemesis: Retaliation because it was such a large shipment, so please be patient.
STANDING DISCLAIMER RE: PRE-ORDER FULFILLMENT: We will not ship a pre-order more than 30 days old unless and until we receive an address confirmation request. Crowdfunded games are often limited edition collector's items, and we cannot risk the loss that occurs if a package is shipped to an address that is no longer valid for the customer. If you placed a pre-order with us, PLEASE check your e-mail for an address confirmation request, and reply at your earliest convenience. This will ensure that your pre-order is delivered in a timely manner. Note that all address confirmation requests go to the e-mail address on record for the order placed. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the correct inbox to ensure timely responses to address confirmation requests.
The latest shipment of CMON product is in transit, we'll announce it's arrival once we have worked through the intake process (it's another big shipment of several pallets). So we've pushed those back one week (although they should be here today or tomorrow).
Also, we want to clear up some confusion regarding our upcoming shipment of Endeavor Deep Sea. We have about 200 copies scheduled to arrive next month. This is the same shipment that was supposed to have arrived all the way back in May. For various reasons completely out of our control, fulfillment of this latest printing has been a logistical nightmare for the publisher (someone with whom were are good friends). It's been painful for everyone involved, but the light at the end of the tunnel is finally here.
We want to stress this point - if you placed your pre-order before this weekend, then you will be receiving your copy sometime in the next 30-45 days. While we are now accepting pre-orders to be delivered with the next print run in 2026, these are completely separate from the shipment currently in transit to the US now.
