Update for Tuesday, December 2. Our Black Friday Sale has come and gone - along with Holiday Shipping. Customers in the US who placed orders of in stock items (not pre-orders!) should expect to receive their packages in time for Christmas. (Note: We reserve to right to hold orders over $500 that present significant challenges to properly and safely pack in a timely manner).
Starting today (Tuesday, December 2), we have switched over to our Winter Sale. Sale prices will continue, but Holiday Shipping is no longer available. We will do our best to ship all orders as timely as possible, but due to the overwhelming volume of orders already received, there will be a delay in delivery of orders placed during the Winter Sale.
We have switched over all fulfillment efforts toward BFS fulfillment this week, which means that pre-order fulfillment will be paused temporarily. Since our last update, we finished up fulfillment of Malhya, 20 Strong: Tanglewood, Rival Restaurants, Endeavor, and Speakeasy. If you pre-ordered any of these titles, and have not received your order or an address confirmation request, please contact us at customerservice@thegamesteward.com.
We have received the following titles: Aspens, Tend: Super Deluxe Edition, and Unmatched Adventures: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Those are now thequeue to be fulfilled.
For those who are interested, we also received resupplies from Chip Theory Games, Eagle Gryphon Games, and Van Ryder Games in the last two weeks.
STANDING DISCLAIMER RE: PRE-ORDER FULFILLMENT: We will not ship a pre-order more than 30 days old unless and until we receive an address confirmation request. Crowdfunded games are often limited edition collector's items, and we cannot risk the loss that occurs if a package is shipped to an address that is no longer valid for the customer. If you placed a pre-order with us, PLEASE check your e-mail for an address confirmation request, and reply at your earliest convenience. This will ensure that your pre-order is delivered in a timely manner. Note that all address confirmation requests go to the e-mail address on record for the order placed. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the correct inbox to ensure timely responses to address confirmation requests.
