Update for Thursday, December 18. All qualified (i.e. domestic and less than $500) orders from the Black Friday Sale have shipped out, and most have been delivered. We have moved on to shipping out the simpler orders from the Winter Sale, with several hundred going out this week. Many of these will arrive in time for the Holidays (although we cannot make any assurances on this).
A reminder that our Winter Sale is still ongoing through the end of the month. However, Holiday Shipping is no longer available. We will do our best to ship all orders as timely as possible, but delivery of orders placed during the Winter Sale is expected to continue into January.
We have (tentatively) resumed some Pre-order fulfillment. STANDING DISCLAIMER RE: PRE-ORDER FULFILLMENT: We will not ship a pre-order more than 30 days old unless and until we receive an address confirmation request. Crowdfunded games are often limited edition collector's items, and we cannot risk the loss that occurs if a package is shipped to an address that is no longer valid for the customer. If you placed a pre-order with us, PLEASE check your e-mail for an address confirmation request, and reply at your earliest convenience. This will ensure that your pre-order is delivered in a timely manner. Note that all address confirmation requests go to the e-mail address on record for the order placed.
